I try to avoid giving out inflated 10s, but this was certainly exceptional. Incredibly welcoming staff, lovely room. I usually don't eat breakfast but got it once before heading out for a hike, and it was delicious and very varied, so if you're a breakfast person, definitely go for it. The park next door is lovely in the evenings, and there is a large supermarket a few hundred meters to the south that's very convenient for everything. Everything was squeaky clean.

Tea facilities, with tea bags/sugar etc replenished daily. Spacious room. Lovely bathroom with a tub and shower head - really perfect temperature and water pressure. Good number of towels. Quick to bring the iron and ironing board when I requested them. Good sized closet space with a number of hangers. Plug points everywhere convenient. Had extra blankets, which I always need because I'm always cold.

Room and bathroom were comfortable size, clean, well equipped. Big TV screen with chrome cast option was unexpected :) air-conditioning worked well, was easy to adjust, didn't make the room stuffy. All staff was super nice, put up with my bad Spanish. Breakfast had decent selection, with freshly squeezed orange juice. Downtown is about 10-15 mins walk but lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood + a nice park.

Train station 5 minute’s walk. From Barcelona 1 hour with train. Very good option because in Barcelona very expensive hotels. Breakfast was good, staff friendly, water always available in reception. Local shops nearby. Rooms very clean

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and elegant. It was a welcome surprise after a long and uncomfortable trip. The staff were super friendly and could speak very good English. We greatly appreciated the underground parking. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was relatively easy to get to the centre of Barcelona by train.

We only stayed for one night and wished we could stay longer. We had a room on one of the higher floors and facing the backside, so it was quiet at night. The room was very spacious, had a fridge, a kettle and good air condition. Everything was very clean, nice bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

the bed is great, if you’re a fan of good sleep on quality mattresses you will like this. good pillows too. the double windows with double glazed make sure there is no noise. the staff is so kind, smiley and helpful, they really lift up the level of the whole place.

Everything was well managed I enjoyed my stay there. Staff was very friendly specially Mr. SAM at reception area and Mrs. Kamal at room service they guide me for almost every thing, thanks to both of them for their service and support.

The room was big, we were on the top floor (8th floor). Everything very clean. The breakfast was very good, enough variation and very tastful. The staff were very friendly! We were welcomed with a smile, always nice

Very comfortable and clean. I was traveling for work but had my family tag along and it was very family-friendly and quiet. We could even do a late check-inn so my family would not have to wait all day for me outside. The staff was very friendly and professional.
